Although Skill Assessment is NOT INCLUDED with THIS CLASS, we can assist with these if needed in the form of a stand-alone Skills Evaluation Completion session. The Skill Evaluation form, also known as the Skills Assessments forms - upon completion - get sent directly to PERC ONLY AFTER exams have been passed. The individual skill assessment form must be completed and sent to PERC and Certificates for the book in question are not rendered by PERC until the Skills form is sent to PERC. When you complete online exams through PERC the company or individual must download skill evaluations and use a Skill Evaluator (different from a Proctor) to process the assessments. Skills Evaluations no longer go to ITS; they get sent to PERC and must be signed by a PERC recognized Skills Evaluator. A Skills Evaluator must do the evaluation. Note that you can take the online Skills Evaluator test via PERC. This process might take 30 minutes to complete, as an example.
